What is your return policy?

All sales are final. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may get an EXCHANGE.  NO REFUNDS. All items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in the original packaging, items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for exchange. Dunamys Jewelry reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost returned packages it is the customers responsibility to provide tracking number for the return. Is it real Gold?

Yes! We ONLY carry real 14KT solid gold products, these products are real solid gold guaranteed! any questions feel free to e-mail us or message us on our social media platforms.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

After you place an Order please allow 1-2 Business Days to process your order. After your order is processed, fulfilled and sent to the shipping carrier you will receive a tracking number through email.

1. First Class Mail (5-7 Business Days)

2. Priority Mail (2-5 Business Days)

3. Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days)

Can I change or Cancel my Order?

Once you have placed the order we may or may not be able to change or cancel your order depending on if your order has been fulfilled and shipped or not. If you recently placed an order and need to change or update something on your order please contact us immediately via our Email dunamys.jwlry@gmail.com  and provide your name and order number to see if we can still change or cancel your order.

***If you input the incorrect shipping address at checkout, Dunamys Jewelry cannot be held liable to refund or replace your order. Please double check your address before and after submitting your order. If you made a mistake on your shipping address after placing your order please contact us immediately right after placing your order.

I didn't receive my package but my tracking number says it was delivered?

DUNAMYS JEWELRY is not liable for lost or missing packages once the tracking shows delivered.

Signature confirmation is required on all orders in order to receive the item. If no one is available to sign for the item, Redelivery can be rescheduled or the post office will hold it for pick up.

Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your package, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate your package after following the steps above, please contact us.

My product broke, do you fix it?

In most cases, yes we are able to fix the item(s). If you have any questions or need assistance with any of your item(s), please feel free to send us an e-mail with your name and order number. We will make the effort to reply as soon as possible, if you have an image of the item(s) please include those as well.

What is hollow gold?

Hollow simply means there is an empty space inside. Jewelry of any material can be made hollow - for various reasons - but in most cases it is done to reduce amount of gold required. ... Hollow gold jewelry is stamped in the same way as solid gold jewelry is (10k 14k 18k) because it is made of gold only.
